Αγαπητοί συνάδελφοι,
Επειδή διαπιστώσαμε ότι πολλοί ακτινολόγοι έχουν επιβαρυνθεί τα έξοδα για το ECR 2020, ζητήσαμε την συνδρομή της European Society of Radiology ώστε να μην υπάρχει χρηματική ποινή στην ακύρωση των αεροπορικών εισιτηρίων και των ξενοδοχείων.

Dear Dr. Brkljačić,
We would like to let you know that we fully support your decision on postponing the ECR 2020 due to coronavirus.
Nevertheless, due to the fact that the postpone was announced only 1 week before the Congress, we have received many complains from our members who had already scheduled their trip to Vienna for 11-15 March, regarding their expenses on travel arrangements and hotel accommodation.
We would like to ask your help and assistance by contacting the hotels in Vienna and the airlines companies, kindly asking them to reimburse the expenses upon request of our members.
Please let us know if any further action is needed - either by our Society or by our members individually - in order to support our request.
